Moon phases

I discovered that the meal replacement powders my mom got from a friend are only 160 calories! I had one for dinner last night and then I was still hungry so I ate some yogurt. Then the powder activated and I was too full, rofl. I'll be more careful next time. It was vanilla and really good.

I still ate too much last night. I'm going to be trying a diet based on the phases of the moon. Like yesterday was the full moon, so I ate 'normal'. Here, a table:
