It's been about 36 hrs since I last ate, but officially it's been just slightly over 24 hrs. The plan is to drink 1200 calories a day for the first week, then drop to 800 in week 2.after that if I'm feeling okay I'll drop to 400, then on week 4 if I'm still ok, I'll start water fasting instead.
