DAY 5 completed

Day 4 went pretty smoothly. Day 5, early on I started feeLing nauseous at work, then Lightheaded and dizzy. I slept most of the day yesterday after drinking less than 600 calories on day 5.I feel better today but still sluggish.

I'm 173 this morning, down roughly 10 lbs.
